Specimen Required:	Collect: Random Urine in a Sterile Container and Grey (Boric Acid) Urine Culture Tube. Specimen Preparation: Follow all precaution for handling biological material. Unacceptable Conditions: Quantity not sufficient for analysis; tubes with tartaric acid; frozen specimens.
