Specimen Required:	Patient Preparation: None required Collect: Serum Separator Tube (SST) – 0.5 ml serum. Specimen Preparation: Follow all precaution for handling biological material. Use all appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Allow blood samples to clot (15 mins). Separate the serum from the cells by centrifuging for10 minutes. Storage/Transport Temperature: Refrigerated. Stability: After separation of cells: Room/Refrigerated: 1 week, Frozen: 30 days. Samples may be thawed and frozen up to two times.
