Specimen Preparation: Separate plasma from cells ASAP or within 2 hours of collection. Transfer  plasma toa Standard Transport Tube.

Unacceptable Conditions: Hemolyzed specimens. 
Stability: After separation from cells: Ambient: Unacceptable; Refrigerated: 24 hours; Frozen: 1 month
