Specimen Required: | Collect: Serum Pre-dose (Trough) Draw – At a Steady State Concentration or Plasma Pre-dose (Trough) Draw – At a Steady State Concentration in Plain Red OR Lavender (K2EDTA) OR Lavender (K3EDTA) Specimen Preparation: Separate from cells ASAP or within 2 hours of collection. Transfer 1 mL serum or plasma to an Standard Transport Tube. Storage/Transport Temperature: Refrigerated. Unacceptable Conditions: Citrated Plasma. Tubes that contain liquid anticoagulant.
