Specimen Required: | Collect: Serum Separator Tube (SST) – 1 ml serum. Specimen Preparation: Separate serum from cells ASAP or within 2 hours of collection. Storage/Transport Temperature: Refrigerated. Unacceptable Conditions: Contaminated, hemolyzed, or severely lipemic specimens.
