Specimen Preparation: Allow specimen to clot completely at room temperature. Separate serum from cells. Storage/Transport Temperature: Refrigerated. Unacceptable Conditions: Plasma. Grossly hemolyzed or Lipemic specimen, specimen collected in the incorrect tube, mislabeled or no patient identifiers, received outside of stability requirements.
